A married woman named Chinny is tricked into becoming a concubine of the lecherous Simon. Simon then poisons Chinny's husband and imprisons her brother-in-law. When Simon steals another man's wife and kills him as well, we realize it's an addiction. Chinny is stuck in a marriage with a disgusting midget, but is seduced and tricked into becoming the fifth concubine of lecherous official Simon Hsin. While Chinny is mistreated by the other concubines, Simon has affairs with anything that movies, poisons Chinny's husband, and imprisons her brother-in-law. It soon becomes apparent that this is Simon's M.O. when he steals another man's wife and kills him as well.

I skyttens tegn is the last movie of the danish erotic-comedy serie. The series started in 1973 with "I jomfruens tegn" and it got great success, specially because Denmark was one of the first country to take away the censor of porn. In Denmark the movies, been seen of German tourist and people who just seen it of a comedy. Many great Danish actors, was in the films, but in 78 was it over. Hard-core porn took over from the danish comedy-film.
